Orienteering race 42:28 [4] *** 7.19 km (5:54 / km) +158m 5:19 / km
spiked:13/12c shoes: Arctic Claw 300

NN colour-coded at Shaftoe Crags near Belsay. Blue - nominally 6.6km with 170m climb - had run about 100m before I started Garmin - time corrected. Fast, runnable mostly open area with some very impressive rock features. Small mistake at 7 when I went to wrong crags. First time using Emit contactless punching - fairly straightforward - better than normal Emit! 1st - 11 mins ahead of Pippa Archer in 2nd.
