RR Club Champs, Bowmnont, handicap score - I had 17 out of 18 to collect.
2nd to rising star Ellie Darlow. (only ran 4.4km - forgot to switch off Garmin)

Hill intervals on Birkiebrae with Murphy. 5 x 4 x 3 mins straight up with a gentle diagonal jog back down. Ran myself to a standstill on the last one - couldn't face any more.

Skelfhill Pen with Murphy. Was a bit late leaving so it got quite dark by the time I got to the top and once again I didn't have a torch - and it turned very windy! Dropped down into Phaup forest for some shelter and easier running on the roads.

With C & S from Yarrowford up to the Three Brethren then west along the Southern Upland Way and back down over Broadmeadows. Good recce of part of the Feel the Burns route. Note to self - wear dobs if it is as icy as it was today!
