Rashiegrain/Merrylaw "loop" - a wee bit of cross-country to make it join up. Very windy - hard work on the way out, so hard I was having to pedal DOWN the Blackcleugh Brae when I am normally free-wheeling or braking! Flying on the way back tho'.

Another ankle tester - up Lairhope road rather than Hislop - with Murphy.
Ankle easier but calf tightening up - possibly a combination of running on hard surfaces and my inflexible ankle forcing me to run up on my toes more than normal.

Short ankle tester. Everything tight, lack of flexibility but not too much pain. Calf was starting to tighten up but ok. Will see how it reacts.
