Round full Lairhope and Falnash forest loops.
Might have to find a new route as they have start to fell the block at the top end of Lairhope. Apparently there are 17,000T's to come out - no doubt the road will get trashed!

Birkiebrae, Falnash forest & back over Dryden fell with Murphy. Good to get in some proper hills. Roclites surprisingly good off-road.

Borders XC, Gala. Quite a nice wee course, through the Gala policies woods, out into some fields and some climbs, back into the woods with a short sharp climb and a burn crossing with a bit of mud added in here and there - grand!
Weather was better than it had been at home. Ankle was less sore than yesterday - it was just general fitness that was the limiting factor.
3rd V60 on the day behind Felix Otton(25.37) and Willie Jarvie(26.44), 3rd o/a V60 in the series behind Willie Jarvie & Felix Otton.
