Lunch run from work. Combined 2 runs to make a neat 8 mile loop. Ran out around Intermec which drops requires a crossing of a 250ft trough twice. (Feel the burn) Decided to try to peg my HRM coming out the 2nd time. Only got to 182. Bah I know there's more in that little turbopump. Still been meaning to run a true heart rate mapping, but haven't gotten over the fact that it would require a lot of work! Continued past the Cambell's Soup factory (which still makes me hungry!), past the fire house, quarry, ducked into the Narbeck to round out the clock to a cool (read sweaty) 1 hr.

Not the most enjoyable swim in the world. Couldn't get into the swim, tons of people at the beginning, then ended up sharing a lane with an incredibly annoying swimmer. BAH. There is simply no excuse for plumber butt in the pool. Get a real freakin suit and stop shopping in the children's section.
Needless to say extatic to get out.
