New Aerobars! Zoooom! Minor tweaks necessary... Someday I might wanna have kids... Nice long ride. Felt good until the return via Snohomish valley. The wind is always against you here. Noticably improved time with bars though.

Ung... little whooped. The three mile truffle shuffle was just great.

45 min run 3x3min Zone 4.

Loop from work down to Mukilteo blvd. Ended up starting sprints on the return uphill, which sucks fast. Survived. Ended the loop at 39.31 and was spent. Caught my breath and finished up the time at an easy pace.

Brick - This was a great workout! Drove over to Rotary Park near Lowell. Nice relatively flat loop with very little traffic let me really open up. Averaged about 21.5 mph. Legs felt pretty strong. Really need to attach the new aerobars for a ride like this one. It was getting a little dark for the run, which made it a little sketchy running on the shoulder. Still had a good run and was suprised by the pace.

Bike down to Redmond to pick up my aerobars at Performance. Nice long ride but the parts following traffic were horrible due to all the stop lights. Seemed like I hit EVERY one. Whatever. Totally noticed the difference between the Trek and the Lemond. The Trek felt sooo nimble compared to the tank. Steel will do that.
