| Forgot about the GPS until the last control, so no real distance (which was somewhat more than 4.5) Pottered slowly and only a couple of real errors. Lots of little overshoots. Came 3rd in the W21AS |

| After I finished i (mostly) walked the first 7 controls of the W21A course. Would have been interesting to have the GPS traces because i think my pace was probably better this time than in the race- its amazing how much you can see and how much the land looks like the map, and how few mistakes you make, when unstressed and walking. |
