Uphill & flat sections felt OK. Lard pushed me down the tarmac road towards the finish. Finished 4secs behind Lard, needed 500m on the flat to catch him.

SOC Individual - Tullochroisk

Took it safe and sure in the woods for the first 5 controls, having seen Jon X thought there was an opportunity to catch him before the finish.

Control 6 stayed too high and lost 2mins, thereafter trying to make up time, then Control 10 (one of the easiest controls) lost another 2mins, and lard caught me - The race is now over !!

In total threw away 4 mins on silly mistakes.

Stev N's sub 60mins was very impressive

Uath Lochans - Excellent area and event

At half way R shoe sole began to seperate from shoe, by 3/4 of the way around 75% of the sole was detached !! Not very good for contouring.
Note - shoes only 2mths old and one careful owner !!

After 4 races in 4 days - I feel Bug'@@d.
