family biking adventure:
Colyumbridge --> cairngorm foot bridge --> Glenmore (return) + trip to Inverdruie.

Was surprised how well Ewan was biking (especially on the uphill sections). Robin being towed on the tag-a-long bike.

O would be an overstatement - Fight & Survival.

Course was great with some very good legs, only problem was bracken above my head. By C5 I had hurt my thigh and could not run downhill, by C10 I had a blister - By C15 the skin was off the blister (so could not contour). By this time I had given up on the race, it was no longer enjoyment .

Only positive was Ewan getting around his JM1 (14 controls) on very vague paths with no help. Glad someone enjoyed it.
