M45S. Blew 3mins on the TD1 control between crossing points due to reading wrong control description.
Legs held together until the open area near the finish.

Warm up. No warm down as quads too sore.

S6D day 5.
Crag a barns M45S. No notable errors, just took the long road option to #3 loosing at least 5 mins.
Quads sore by #2 so opting for easier routes to enable me to run.

Easy spin on the bike as quads sore

M45S. Enjoyed the open as able to run. missed #11, boulder in an unmapped depression.
Legs felt good :-)

M45S. Very scrappy and overshooting too many controls, should have read info on map scale before not after race.
Legs OK, so all good

Chaingang.
Seemed a good idea at 6pm, regretting at 8pm. Burst on the 2nd lap and hanging on around lap 3 with nothing left in the legs.

S6D day 2.
Quads not too good after day1, plan was to run to start, then direct to finish. At start quads had eased off and picked up M45S map at the last minute. Managed to run / walk around and enjoyed the shorter course.
Quads still sore at the end but able to walk.

Ride to day 3 arena as unable to get the car out the car park before 1230 and to loosen the legs off.
