Sunday Apr 13

Orienteering race (SL) 1:19:12 [3] 10.77 km (7:21 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano
State League 4 - Brokenback Slopes (new map)

better run then yesterday
1 crazy unaviodable hill out the far side was a bit rude. navigated pretty well
ran a similar loop to stu on the red3/4 at the end, pretty happy that
1) he wasnt running away with his usual pace, not sure if it was me running fast for him runnig slower, more likely him and
2) overhauled him on the last few legs into the finish, due to cleaner nav.

cleaned up rob after yesterdays defeat, jock came from through to take the honours though

Saturday Apr 12

Orienteering race (SL) 45:07 [2] 6.31 km (7:09 / km)
ahr:180 max:194 shoes: Asics Kayano
State League 3 - The Chimney

pretty clean run, lacked motivation as no other m21

rob vincent got me by bout a minute, not surprising how casual i was out there

Friday Apr 11

Road Cycling (Time Trial) 1:02:08 [3] 31.5 km (1:58 / km)
ahr:166 max:186 shoes: Merida Scultura 907
Industrial Drive time trial
turnaround at the u-turn bay just past hexham

felt really good, easily a pb
the hour is getting closer

bombed past Malcolm urging his mtb past the speed cameras on his way home from uni, dont think he knew who it was. see if he says anything tomorrow
