average run, few mistakes but generally limited by the extremely slow pace
stuffed around at 3 and found glenn doing the same thing. eventually found it and couldn't run away from him came through on damian round 10 and again couldn't shake him either until the leg back along the power lines which was a dead set struggle for me to go faster than a 90year old lady with 3 hip replacements and a walking frame

Pretty brutal
At about 15k it went from racing for a comfortable third to just survival.
Started hemorrhaging time, got passed for third then the assassin came from nowhere and dumped me back another spot to end up 5th

missed rpm (only by about 4hrs) so went for a couple laps of king edward then scenic dr instead

no training today, instead making some moolah at Wii night down the pub, who ever came up with the idea of prize money you are my hero
