Run 30:00 [5]

Yoyo test (like a bleep test) for Fumi's dissertation, silly sports science degree.
Got 21.1 not really sure what that means but if you got over 20 you're considered "elite". Research says premier league players get round 21 and rugby players 19 so I'll take that. Hamstring all good now. Rest helps.

Run 30:00 [3]

morning jog round the meadows, hot day again, did some stretching/yoga in the sun, yeah i'm cool.

Note

Hamstring still not great, tennis ball out later...

Gym 45:00 [3]

short strength and conditioning sesh w/ Ed. need to get power back in legs and back.

Sunday Mar 25, 2012 #

Football 3:00:00 [3]

Kickabout with the crew on the meadows, really felt hamstring, rough challenges from Gaz and Burgo defs didnt help. Counting this as training as it was so hot and got quite competitive.

Note

Looking at results from weekend at british sprint and middle. Reckon if i had gone i would have done well in sprint, but middle is not my kind of terrain. Aiming for a good sprint race at JK. Possible upset... I'll have to get geeking
