Running 29:00 [3] 4.79 km (6:03 / km)
ahr:164 max:179

South from Pt Rickaby along the beach and in the sand dunes looking at the possibility of an O map.

Dunes look pretty good, definitely technical enough for a map, but the strip is narrow, only about 350m wide. Probably only enough there for a sprint, unless you can get access further down and have a middle with start at one end and finish the other end.

Legs a bit stiff this morning, right calf very tight at the end.

Running 1:22:42 [4] 17.02 km (4:52 / km)
ahr:181 max:192

Port Rickaby to Minlaton. Staying in Pt Rickaby for the veterans cycling tour, and the start is in Minlaton, so decided to run there and got my dad to meet me there.

Felt pretty easy for most of it and was faster than normal. Started struggling at about 12.5km, but the last 2km was downhill, so was fine for that. Pretty flat run, just small rises here and there.

I don't know how I am getting faster, I haven't been training much and I have gained weight!

Cycling 36:00 [3] 17.0 km (28.3 kph) +50m

Ride to work. This was slow due to a head wind the whole way. Time is approx, didnt start gps until 1.5km from home.

Cycling 38:48 [3] 17.0 km (26.3 kph) +233m

Ride home from work. Tail wind most of the way. This is a pb by 1:20. Pushed hard for the last 5km to try to get under 40mins for the first time, and made it easy.

Morialta. Felt pretty good tonight, possibly due to work not being quite as crazy now. Mostly over the sickness I have had for the past few days.

6.30 for the climb to deep view, which is my best of the summer. Took it easy on the way down to avoid injury, but still felt my ankle a little.
