Cobbler creek loop from home. Slept in until 9am! I was going to do a bit longer run up to Houghton, but couldn't be stuffed so did this. Ankles felt a bit stiff at the start, but better after about 5-10 mins. Single tracks were a bit slippery in spots and had to crawl up a hill, because I kept sliding back down. Took a track that I haven't before, but it doesn't join up where I thought, so had to go through the bush to find the main track again.

The climb up the mtb track was tough as always, saw one guy riding with a parrot on the front of his shirt, I couldn't tell if it was dead or alive. Looked like it was holding on with it's beak.

R calf pulled up a bit sore a couple of hours after, had to limp around the supermarket.

Ride to work. Really struggled this morning. Head wind down GJ rd. Very slow.

Ride home from work in the rain. Couldn't be stuffed trying hard today. Found some extra gears to go up hills which allowed me to go slower.

Not sure if I should run or sleep tomorrow.

Ride to work in the rain. First time I have ridden in the rain for years. Took it pretty easy, didn't want to fall off on the way to work. Forgot about my socks getting wet, now I have to walk around in wet socks all day :(

Ride home from work. Really struggled on the hills and just slow overall, felt like I needed more gears. Tired legs may have been caused by walking around at work for 10 and a half hours today.

Donated 382mL of plasma and 570 Billion platelets at the blood bank straight after work, so no training today.

I am going to try to ride to work at least 3 times each week from now on, which will hopefully get me a bit fitter.

Ride to work. Legs felt tired this morning, but this was one of my fastest times. Going past Yatala I thought I could get under 30, so pushed a bit, but caught a couple of lights which slowed me down. Max speeed 61km/h.

Ride home from work. Took it a bit easier than normal as going running later, didn't show in the time though. Worked out that 25% of the climb is in the last 10% of the distance, that is why I always struggle at the end.

Tuesday night North Adelaide run. Felt pretty good even after riding today. Easy run along the torrens, until the last lap of the track when I picked up the pace a bit to see how it felt.
