Summer series at Beaumont. Legs a bit tired after riding today and up hill at the start didn't help. Felt slow, but looking at my pace pretty happy with it for most of it. A couple of poor route choices, but didn't lose much time.

Morialta run with Jenny. A bit hot today, so we both couldn't be bothered doing much. Up to first falls, then back past giants cave. Achilles quite stiff and sore, can't stretch it enough. Very tired today still after Sunday.

Have been thinking about riding to Bridgewater run for a while and today seemed like a good day for it. Went LNE, Newton rd, Norton Summit, Ashton, Summertown (flat rd), Carey Gully, Bridgewater. Ride wasn't too hard, took it pretty easy though. Norton Summit is not too steep, just constant 5-6% for 7km. Took slightly longer than expected, but not by much. Got there just as everyone else did.

Running 1:05:09 [3] 11.35 km (5:44 / km) +248m 5:10 / km

Bridgewater run. Heysen trail then wilson rd to Mylor, then Bandicoot trail back. Haven't run on the Bandicoot trail before and it was great, didn't notice the climb as much as going on the road. Just took it easy today, as still had the ride back, so didn't do any loops. Felt a bit tired, but not as bad as I thought I would be.

Cycling 1:48:27 [3] 40.28 km (22.3 kph) +512m

Ride home, went the same way as getting there. The start was tough, with the climb up Mt George, then up to Summertown. Enjoyed the descent through Ashton and Norton Summit. Just took it easy and didn't go too fast, mostly about 30-40km/h. Going about the same speed on the flat Newton rd. Struggled on the climb up through Dernancourt and Highbury, still about 180m climb from the Torrens to home. Just plodded along and getting home was nice.

Drank about 5L of water/ powerade from leaving home to getting home again, then more after. Still think I am dehydrated.
