Cycling 32:06 [3] 17.0 km (31.8 kph) +45m

To work. Wind seemed a bit stronger this morning and it felt harder, so a bit slower.

I have now cycled further so far this year than the whole of last year.
2 PM

Cycling 38:18 [3] 17.0 km (26.6 kph) +225m

Home. Was a bit worried it was going to be a very wet ride when it started pouring 30 mins before I finished work. It cleared and was nice until GG rd when it poured again for 5 mins. Oh well I got a bit wet.

Running warm up/down 11:47 [3] 2.37 km (4:58 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 16

Warm up lap of the uni loop

Running intervals 4:37 [5] 1.6 km (2:53 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 16

8 x 200 in relay format with Angus and Nick. Recovery was the time it took each of them to do 200, so around 70 secs. My times wre pretty consistent, 33-36 secs. The last couple felt tough.

Running warm up/down 12:54 [3] 2.44 km (5:17 / km)

Cycling 28:00 [3] 17.0 km (36.4 kph) +45m

To work. A strong NE wind made for a fast easy ride in.
2 PM

Cycling 43:00 [3] 17.0 km (23.7 kph) +225m

Home. Left work before the wind had changed direction, so got stuck with the tough slog into the headwind.
