Running 11:26 [3] 2.39 km (4:47 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 16

Warm up lap

Running 11:26 [5] 3.0 km (3:49 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 16

3km time trial. I didn't want to do this as my legs felt crap in the warm up, but peer pressure made me do it. Actually pretty happy with 11.26, since I haven't done much speed work.

Running 8:32 [3] 1.52 km (5:37 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 16

Rest of the lap warm down.

Running 58:48 [3] 11.19 km (5:15 / km) +145m 4:56 / km
shoes: Adidas Kanadia 7

Cobbler Creek loop. Didn't feel like doing a really long run today, and don't have anything long to train for anyway. So just did this loop which is nice. I always seem to do this run just after it has rained, so the tracks are slippery, although not as bad as it has been. Just went at a comfortable pace until the last km, where I pushed to get back under an hour.

Cycling 1:04:34 [3] 21.9 km (20.4 kph) +362m

Anstey Hill ride with Richard. His road bike is out of action, so had his mtb, so the ride was a little slower. Nice ride on a warm morning.

Cycling 30:59 [3] 17.0 km (32.9 kph) +45m

To work. Morning rides are much nicer than the afternoon.

Cycling 43:38 [3] 18.3 km (25.2 kph) +243m

Home from work. Had to make a detour on the way home to get some turtle food, so it was a little longer. Nice day for a ride.

Cycling 38:49 [3] 17.0 km (26.3 kph) +225m

Home. A bit stuffed today. Apparently I pissed a few drivers off today by being on the road.
