Oceania long at Woodhill

Was expecting a tough race today and I got it. Tried to take a few tracks to save some energy to start with but went straighter towards the end because my pace wasn't much different either way.

Lost a minute or so on 1, I wasn't prepared for such a short leg to start with and didn't check which direction I left the track. Did ok with just some small misses until 24 when I couldn't read what was up and down in that area. Lost 6 minutes or so here. Not too bad for the rest, just slow.

Oceania sprint at Unitec

Felt good and started ok with just a couple of minor route choice errors in the first half. Had issues with 24, missed the turn off then ended up doing a lap of the buildings and went in where I should have the first time, 45 seconds lost.

Kuitpo course 1 9.0km

Felt good at the start and thought I should push for my last run before NZ. Running hard up the track to 3 then came across a triangle of tracks that wasn't on the map, checked compass and I was on the wrong track! Oops. Pretty good for the rest with just slight route choice errors and a bit of time lost in the circle. Very slow in the thinned/thick stuff being wary of ankle.
