Putting out controls at Wadmore Park for training. Took my torch but wanted to get them out before dark. Tracks are a bit tricky and some have been removed.

Night o course. Mass start with Simon and Bridget. Caught Jack at 2 but then took a couple of wrong tracks so didn't get away from him until 6. Was feeling good and running well until my left ankle went over on the track just after 10. Just jogged back from there, didn't want to do any more damage.

Almost didn't come after feeling crap from the ride home. Glad I did because it was a nice run and I felt good running. Quickest training run for a while.
