Late night run with Duke. His first 3 miler. Conditions were quite rough. Snow 1-3 inches deep that I was running in or it was icy, slushy or muddy depending on the tire tracks of the power line road. Duke did really well. Temp 32 Felt like 21 stiff headwind on teh way back slowed me a little. 1st mile 8:00 even, second mile 7:45 and last mile 7:47. Even split out and back, 11:46/11:46. Knee stil hurts a little. Will try some Celebrex teh next couple days and then take off the inury.

Indoor cycle. Nothing special just a good spin. Kept teh RPMs between 90-100 but majority at 95-100. Left knee still hurts found a very sensitive area of the distal lateral quad tendon. Iced it for 10 min prior to riding.

Early AM run with Duke. Knee still hurts. I am gonna have to look and see what is really the issue. Time to take my own advice and try RICE. Cold run. 17F felt like 8 according to attackpoint. 7:45 out and 7:23 back thnaks to Duke making me run faster coming back and since my knee was quite cold it didn't hurt as much. :)
