AM Unit PT. Did stretching then road the stationary bike for 20 min. My feet and right leg strted going numb after 12 min and when I got off at 20 min both feet wtih completely numb with the right leg numb. My gait was significantly hampered. I ended up walking for 15 min around the parking lot to get things moving right again. It was cold outside at 32F.

Unit PT. They ran about 2 miles and I walked. Back hurt some but not as bad as earlier in teh week whenit was cold, wet, rainy and very windy.

Squadron PT. Stretching then did recumbent stationary bike for 20 min. avg 15 mph. Feet went numb after about 15-18 min. Was stiff afterwards too had to stretch more than usual.

Decided to try riding the stationary bike at the office for 10 min. Felt pretty good so did 12 min and finished 3 miles. back pain continues.

got my MRI report today. Bad News! I have a L5-S1 Herniated Disc on teh right and center section tha tis large and pusing on teh right nerve root. Good News! I don'[t ahve any neuro signs such as wekaness, numbness of hte legs. I do have numbnes sof the buttock on the right with acontstnat 3-4/10 pain. Will cont to limit my activities. No Running or lifting for the next 3+ weeks. Continue PT for ROM and stretching.
