Lunchtime ride. decided to go out falmouth gate and took a left around the pond. then off to home, then back retracing my steps, then to the ASCC and then around housing. Nice and warm at 75F with winds 12-18mph.

Lunchtime ride. Warm and very windy. 71F wtih winds 18-25 mph. Avg fro first 5 mile 20.2 then the headwinds were too much.

Lunchtime ride. Temp 60F with winds 10-15. Felt chilly. Did some hill repeats at the windmill. 2 full times up then 2 times just up teh first big hill. Not bad. Back hurt on teh hills.

Lunchtime ride alone. went ot falmouth gate then to end of runway left to back road then main drag to jhousing and around. HOT and Windy 79 Felt like 82 with 80% humidity. Winds 12-18. No back pain. Felt good.

Lunchtime ride. Wore Kinesio tape. Soem pain at mile 10 but mostly due to being in the drops about half the ride. Warm at 68F with winds 12-18mph. good ride.

Brick ride/run with Brian at lunch.
Warm and breezy. 75F with winds 12-18mph.
Good ride and run hurt so I asked him to back off on the pace. run hurt both teh lungs and the legs at first.

Lunchtime brick.
STarted out kinda fast at a 7:10 pace but had to back off quickly due to pain. Goal was to keep it around 8:00 pace. Back hurt throughout, iced and stretched it. legs/lungs hurt at first due to a tough pace I am not yet ready for.
