6th overall out of 56

Very wet, was raining hard just before race started. 73F with a strong cross wind on the bike. Overall felt like my swim was easy, I felt very relaxed. Slow T1 as I hadn't practiced transitions. Bike was too windy and wet to get to 24-25mph. Had a neg split on the bike and run. The run was okay but I know it could have been faster. Did neg split of 12:35 then 11:53. I placed 2nd in my age group the guy who won the age group was 30 and finished 20 sec ahead of me. There was ahuge turn out. prob 50 total and I think I was 5th overall.
