3 Trips to back gate and back then run to trail with some on trail then back home. Easy Transition. 66F with light breeze. Avg Spd 20.8 mph

ahr:164 max:176 shoes: North Face Trail

Brick 10 mile bike then ran to trail and part of trail then back. Lungs felt a little tight and legs were heavy.

Started out very fast at 7:15-7:20 then fell apart after 2.5 miles. Avg HR was high and nearly reached my max of 184.
Humid with recent rain. 77F.

First run back, did 2 laps around housing. First lap felt great ran 7:15-7:20 pace then slowed on second lap. Temp 68 and nice. Good first run back after over 2 wks off for being sick. Night run. Unsure of my exact wt this am due to early am recall. I did weigh 162 before getting sick then was down to 157.5 2 days ago prob due to muscle loss.
