Indoor Brick. 20 min on bike trainer then 10 min on treadmill. ran at 2.0 incline at 8:00 pace at first then kept increasing until last 1+min was at 7:00 pace.
Indoor trainer. Did hills. 6 sets of 30 sec standing then 30 sec recover. then did 6 sets fo 1min standing and 1 min recovery. did 30 sec all out.
Strong workout, very sweaty and had to take 10 min to cool down. Cold out side at 25F with winds 15-25.

ran power line the opposite way I usually go down towards Leather Leaf Rd then out to 151 and farther south then back. ground was very damp. Chilly at 48 but able to wear shorts and nml run hat. 48F light wind.
