Ate about 2 hrs prior so had a little upset stomach.

Fast Run to trail, 3 laps and back home. Wanted to see how I am doing. Goal <20 min.
Hot and humid 94F.
Mild chest pain near the end. Cough developed shortly thereafter.

Very good run for first 2.75mi then started to get chest pain and began to bonk. I think I need to get more calories at lunch. Although I have gained 4 lbs in the last week.
