While out on boat, I swam around the boat about 5-7 times.

Aftn Brick: Rode on Mach 5. Need to get it fitted better. Gears not switching very well. Aero bars not setup right.
90F and very Humid. wind 10-15mph
Avg speed 24.4mph WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Road ride in the heat. 93F felt like 98F but had good wind headwind going out and in last 2.5 miles wind 18-22mph.

Did sprints 5 sets of 1/4 mile at 27-29mph pace took 32-36 sec each.
