Felt tight in upper chest at first.

Hot and Humid
92F and raining during first half of bike.
Avg pace 23 mph

Brick 10.5mile bike 5K run
Tried to do sub 23min 5K after solid bike but could quite pull it off.
Too humid. Had 11:28 at turnaround point, then headwind on teh way back. The headwind was not cool in anyway. It was a hot and humid wind.
Overall good workout.

Evening Run 82F and Humid, It rained this aftn.
I have been gaining weight and I don't know why.
I have gained 2 lbs each day for the last 3 days.
My diet is the same. It must be water retention from the hard workouts over the weekend, I guess.

Long day. Hot and Humid. 88F felt like 99F
2 laps of trail aronud housing 3.25mile
4 laps of trail
Then to back gate and back
Neg split on 5K at end.
Only walked briefly in the first 3 miles, for 1/4 mile.
