Too Hot. 91F felt like 98F.
Legs felt heavy for first 2 mile then got into a groove probably a slight tailwind helped. then at turn around the slight headwind affected my head game and dropped me from 25-27mph to 21-23mph.

Very Buggy and was chased by the biggest horse flies I have ever seen.

Open water with nobody around. Mild Panic.
