Evening run. 61F and very humid. Had light rain. Felt goo for first mile or so but in teh last 1 mile I started feeling weird. almost like I had an adrenaline rush. I actually stopped .15 from the house. Legs felt a little heavy too.

Unit PT. 1 loop of McCombs way then turned around and ran to the trail for 2 loops and back. First loop was at a 7:10 pace.

Warm at 68F but breezy 12-18 mph. Pollen VERY HIGH. I can feel it in my pores.
