Good run easy out and harder back. 11:45 out and 10:33 back.

Lunchtime Brick. Rode the Duathlon course. 1 loop on the bike. Rode easy with Brian for first 5.25 miles then I hit it for the last 1+mile. Was avging 16-17 then the last mile was avg 23-27. Temp 50F flet like 46F with winds 10-15. Ran hard for the run. This is where Brian had me pushing it to keep up.
