MMR duatlon 2+ mile run last part uphill then a 12+ mile bike then teh 2+ mile run again.Temps 65F and windy 12-18mph. Great first leg, good bike despite the wind, poor transitions and very sad final run.

2 loops of the Du course then biked the run course to find out it is 2.1 miles. Much cooler day than the last few days that were near 80. Today temp is 63, winds 10-15mph. Took real easy with Brian. He did push one section for a good 1/2 mile at 24 mph.

Lunchtime Brick with Brian. 2 loops of the Base Du Bike course for over 12 miles. then did the 2+ mile loop on the run. Felt hot out there. Temp 77F winds 12-18mph. Rode the Mach 5. Rode the first 9 miles with Brian then pushed the envelope for the last 3 miles avging around 22-25.

Lunchtime Brick. Ran teh loop around housing then did the extra block around the lcinic. My mind was not in it for the last mile and the last 1/2 mile was tough for me. Temp 77F.
