Road Biking 1:13:55 [3] 24.75 mi (20.1 mph)
weight:162lbs

Lunchtime Long Ride. Fixed the deraileur this am and found a dented/bent tooth on my front chain ring so I filed that to new and it seemed olike things went well. The only issue ws with 3-4-5 gear would slip ocnly. Anyway 73F with wind 12-18mph. Went to Falmouth Gate, to ASCC to end of greenway then decided since I had time to sttart up Frank Perkins but at 1.5 mi up FP the computer suddenly stopped and I couldn't get it working again so I turned around and headed to the housing loop and then to the clinic. I had 19.25 at the stop which was exactly 1.5 mil form the start of FP so estimating form FP to the clinic to be 4 miles. Max speed going down the hill at ASCC: 42.6mph!!

Road Biking 44:15 [3] 14.65 mi (19.9 mph)
weight:160.6lbs

Lunchtime ride. Cool at 64F with cloudy and winds 5-8mph. Had rear deraileur issues. I just replaced the chain but the gears still slip and they seem to be worse. Plan was for 20+ miles but since the gears kept slipping and I stopped 4 times to adjust, I gave up and came back.
