Note

Nice session today - another favorite routine. Bike to Jack Block Park which has a great view of the city and the sound and good sun. Down hill & flat to get there, then some Yoga at the park. Next bike leg up and over the hill to Alki and then back home. Yoga at home to stretch and warm down. It was sunny today - crisp, low 40s.
