With 5-6 inches of fresh snow riding was very difficult and slow in some areas, especially Eagle Lake. It was a slow grind, but a lot of fun.

Hills and Speed 30 sec. 30 off for 6 minutes w/ 4 minutes of climbing X 7. Rode for another 45 minutes after class. Tempo with hills

20 minute warm-up followed by 90 minutes of hard hill repeats. 15 seconds of recovery between intervals. One of the most difficult spin workouts I've ever done.
