It felt great to get out and run. Still very icy in some spots. I really need to be much more consistent with this. Goal is three days a week.

I'm not sure what category to put this workout under. It was a mix of hills, speed. Only two speeds...fast and faster. Matt accused me of "coasting" through this mornings workout.
