Laps around Baker Park and Lake Independence along with the Hwy 6 Hunter Road loop. A lot of hills today.

Hellacious Hills. Today was a lung buster for me. I pushed myself to my limits and definitely felt it. Not in my legs, but my lungs and heart. I definitely redlined the heart rate this morning.
