cycling 2:35:00 [3] 54.0 km (2:52 / km)

I decided to pull my bike out of a storage room and ride it to an o-competition in Petrovice and back. It's been so long since I last rode my bike so for my legs it was an unnatural movement.

Running race (Orienteering) 18:30 [4] 2.7 km (6:51 / km)

A short race (a sprint) in Petrovice along the Botic river. I couldn't fully take a run so my time was not one from the fastest. The course was not a very difficult either - just a simple cross, so I didn't like it very musch.

Running warm up/down 22 [1] 2.7 km (8 / km)

Running intervals 14:49 [4] 4.0 km (3:42 / km)

Intervals at the staduim. Circling and circling on an athletic xystus.
Well, after about 2 or 3 years, I tried some 1km intervals. It felt new, it felt weird and damned it HURT. I mastered 4 laps and no more.
The Bulgarian ran one more but in a slower speed (mine was not fast either).

So 4 x 1km (3' 51'', 39'', 40'', 39'') with 2-3 minutes lasting pauses.

Nevertheless, I am glad to do at least some training. With Basa feeling sick and Junior having a twisted ancle, I believe the competition in Tis will be no challenge for me :-).

Running (Orienteering) 25:00 [4] 4.0 km (6:15 / km) +50m 5:53 / km

Short relay on "Jesenice 2004" - 4 short laps.
Well, the last training, legs hurt and I felt exhausted at the end of the camp.
Snow like yesterday and a cold weather didn't cheer me up.
