Warm up before race and down after race.

Orienteering race 1:04:31 [4] 10.0 km (6:27 / km) +310m 5:35 / km

Orienteering race WCH Beaudesert - Another nice day, another o-race in U.K., but in this race first time was a good route choice from route planner. Long stages mixed with short, change direction, no hidden controls (except No. 15 and 21). Good result (64' with 3,5' minutes mystake, 4th. place - winner=Crane 56'). Way I am not happy?! Because I did small mystake on every technical passage. I can't manage my speed and run like 18 years old boy :-(. On the end of the race I felt very tired. I beat Andy L., Richard and Andy P.

Long run in Sherwood area - Nice long run in sunny forest. Mixed path and terrain with o-map. Felt good but on the end of run little bit cold.

Trainning in Uni park. Nice run, little bit tired after yesterday's reps but OK.

Road reps. in Uni park 3 x 3,2 km with 7' rest (just walking) 10:19; 10:22; 10:25. No wind, but extremIy cold. OK.
