Lawn+ 25:00 [3]

3" more snow -- much heavier than last night. Plus shoveled 9" from neighbor's steps - sure glad I did 6" last night.

Walking 1:15:00 [2]

To Union Loafers for 'bread' run - 2 loaves!
Through TGP'; darn, MBG was closed.
Mostly on shoveled sidewalks or unplowed streets but also some slogging through 8+ inches of very wet snow - exhausting very fast!

Stair step 26:00 [3]

80/110 intervals.
Legs tired from yesterday but even +2 minutes get good
LHR: 107/120

Machines 45:00 [3]

15 double sets.

Lawn+ 35:00 [3]

6" snow shoveled.
Has stopped for now - more later.

Walking 2:50:00 [3]

Back to Forest 44 to try new trails.: Paved, Dogwood, Yellow, Blue, Red, Purple, Red, Yellow, White. [Rainbow route?] Parts of Blue and Yellow especially torn up by horses - best when frozen (today) or during drought. Dogwood (hiking only) and far western trails in best shape. And 1/2 mile reminded me what gave the CA it's name. Pace, climb, and rough footing made for a tough hike - felt good.

Walking 1:00:00 [1]

Legs and body a bit tired (not sore) but do-nothing day became light day when sun came out! Hartford Coffee and MBG.

Cycling 2:55:00 [3] 41.0 mi (4:16 / mi)

MCT trails: Schoolhouse; Goshen; Nature; Nickel Plate; Goshen; Schoolhouse. Cloudy, light SE breeze, didn't feel like 55+ but great for Jan.
Flat but '3' due mostly to early season length and pace - miles 21-35 were tough; then fun fast 5 mile finish.
Figured how to reset odometer to 0. Ready for 2019.
