Walking 3:20:00 [2]
Led 18 Sierrans on Cuivre River SP hike on Lakeside, Old Schoolhouse, Turkey Hollow, and Blazing Start. Mostly flat. Cool, no rain, and sun broke out late. Nice varieties of ecologies.
I mostly followed the route of the 8.1 mile TNT trail run last month with a winning time of about 54 minutes. St. Louisan Jackie Pirtle-Hall [winner of STL marathons and twice qualified for US Olympic Marathon trials] finished 4th overall -- nice to see a top marathoner doing a trail run.
