Cycling 2:59:00 [3]

JB loop. On hills, legs felt yesterday's hike. Back-to-back felt good again.

Thursday Jun 3 #

Walking 2:55:00 [3]

Castlewood -- 1st 2 hours felt really easy. Extra loop/climb and increasing humidity made 3rd hour challenging.

Cycling 3:30:00 [3]

MCT Trails including Heritage (paved) to Marine and return on Nickel Plate (8 miles on very form limestone). First 50 mile ride of 2021. Pushed the pace. 3.5 hour ride after yesterday's hike felt good. Back-to-back is a good confidence builder for the Rockies.

Sunday May 30 #

Walking 3:00:00 [4]

Greensfelder - full loop of Mustang when I missed a cot-off. Drove to Fossil Ridge, then short leg of Beulah and found abandoned old Beulah hiking trail. Then finished on Beulah gorc trail. Mustang and old Beulah are the two most physical trails: up and down, rocky, eroded, and M is chewed up by horses. But encountered no one on those 2! Lots of MB's on others. Perfect weather. 27#.
