Long walk in the peaks. Finally got round to doing some exploring

Blackden Brook, Crookestone Knoll, Win Hill, Hope, Lose Hill, Mam Tor, Lord's Seat, Brown Knoll, Kinder Low, Kinder Downfall, Kinder Gates then a bit of bog tortting to Chinese Wall and cut straight into Blackden Brook

Tried a quick run on the treadmill.....not good hurt after 30secs tried to see if it eased off but it didn't :/
