Jog around beforehand, would have liked to do a bit more but we arrived a little late.
Jog around afterwards, sore feet

Oxford City race 6th Kris ran 52mins 13.22km (4:34mins/km)
Really enjoyed this, especially the little multi-level section. Lost most of my time through running speed, ran reasonably clean with a few little mistakes. Got most of the route-choices right I feel though think I missed 1 or 2

Wyming Brook Loop with ba-ba and fluceluce. Fairly steady untill ba-ba decided to stretch his legs. Tried to speed up a little but legs weren't as responsive as I'd have liked on the hills
