Easy with Treb feeling really naff. BHP, stables then back along Fulwood past Ranmoor to Broomhill and home. Treb stacked it down to the stables and got covered in mud

Longer loop with ba-ba which although being ridiculously slow to begin with had to get Nic to slow down.. EXHAUSTED

JK Relay Last Leg 2nd Team
Felt a lot better than the day before had a bit of push today. Splits said I was right up with Crickmores pace till I messed up 9 slightly. Also messed up 13 so dropped about 1min I think. Struggled a lot on the hills today but I LOVE Hambleden still. Despite having a good run generally...I still ended up dropped backwards, Ralph Shminty and Sander came passed. And Potter annoyingly out sprinted me from the penultimate control

Died after about 60% of the course and spent about the last 50mins wandering about the forest in my own little world. Hamstring really tightened up. Mp'd as well which is mega annoying though I have no real recollection of myself at this point

JK Middle 17% a bit disappointing but Ralph was flying
Pretty good run but missed about 30s on 4 and 9 and about 45s on 18 where I came down a bit to the right of the control and took a while to work it out. Midfield for tomorrow

JK Sprint (15.7%)
Pretty solid run but with a few mistakes should have been sub-15 I think but a few errors leaving controls then doubling back on myself on the right route.
Not running quick enough it seems
