Hodgsons Leg 4 with John Butters
Barbie went off just ahead so we tried to close initially but didn't make much inroads John kept the pace high for the first mile then once we hit the fells proper I managed to claw back and after that was running within myself the rest of the way. Fucked the cofa line a bit but not too bad. After that borrowdale b were on out case, ran the majority of St sunday and dragged John off the hill as quick as i could to just about hold them off.

Easy headtorcher with Scott around Chopwell and Spen Bank before a trot back up the Railway track. Feeling alright and quite springy despite calf tightness

Harriers, last for a while probably so nice to say my goodbyes. Another steady run, think I'm starting to feel a bit better in the legs. No doubt I'll be as stiff as a board tomorrow but it went quite well tonight even up to the Great North Road. Over to Team Valley and back up Chowdene way then a loop along Sunderland Road to Felling and back

Had a thoroughly shit fortnight trying to get myself sorted for the move. Far too much stress at times to run, leaving me mentally drained. Even though running would probably have made me feel better.
Sorted out something for next week now so feeling a bit better about it all

Back at the harriers again
Glute/peroneal had been feeling a bit shitty all day but went along as I needed to get out the house. Got about 45mins in before it started pinching so had to slow down and keep stretching it out to make my way back. Bit annoying, also feel incredibly unfit in comparison to these road runners!

From the garage in the morning....Felt ok then very bad. But decent up Whickham bank although turned out to be quite slow.

Stiffened up during the day, Glute needs some work again as it doesn't seem to like road running.

Back to the garage in the afternoon. Peroneal felt tight again. Went down a different way to mix it up which was alright. Again felt ok but quite ploddy.
