Note

Getting there, still have a sore throat though. Sunday is looking unlikely.

Feeling alright but a bit tired, had toyed with the idea of going for a run when I got back. But I got back to Liverpool at 6:30 and after 3days of standing in a field getting snowed on decided not to be a bender and make myself feel worse by running in this cold. Still struggling to get warm too

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Very odd, I was fine on Sunday, Monday and most of Tuesday. Had a couple of dizzy spells out in Bishop Woods but didn't think anything of it. About 20mins after I got in my throat got a bit tender and went to bed with a banging headache and blocked nose. Woke up largely unchanged, feel rather flu-ey hopefully it will pass quickly.

Around the ring road early doors. The hill was a bit gruesome and the last mile felt tiring.

shoes: Innov8 Xtalon 2017

In Selby for a few days with work. Got out for a headtorcher around Bishop Woods. Enjoyed being offroad with a map in hand though just stuck to paths.
