Running warm up/down 21:05 [3] 4.0 km (5:16 / km) +75m 4:49 / km
shoes: Innov8 Xtalon 212 2016 B

From the car up the forest drive to Blackling Hole

Back from Eudon Beck Cottage. Tired legs.

Running tempo 1:11:30 [5] 16.0 km (4:28 / km) +305m 4:05 / km
shoes: Innov8 Xtalon 212 2016 B

10mile effort in Hamsterley Forest.
It felt tough, but it was enjoyable. Went around the west of the forest which I don't think I've ever been around so was good to see some new parts. Legs struggling in the last few km although I did go up the worst hill ever to finish

Running 1:04:15 [3] 11.9 km (5:24 / km) +170m 5:02 / km
shoes: Innov8 Xtalon 212 2016 B

Around and about the vicinity of Sunniside as Scott couldn't stray too far from home.
Good catch up and nice to get out for a bit again. Lungs complained when having to up a gear on the hills so still not 100% but getting there.

Legs quite sore still.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Sayonara 2

Lap of Wavertree beforehand
Little warm down afterwards, some stretching but a bit of caution about my lungs/throat

Running intervals 13:00 [5] 2.4 km (5:25 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Sayonara 2

Maybe not the best session to jump back in with 8*300 (stepped down to 6) but thought I'd just cruise along with the slower folk in the 2nd group and get a bit of a work out.....
20m in and I was off the front, sod it. So just went with it, moved up to the front group and felt ok the first then was swimming in lactic the last two. Throat felt very dry and lungs were struggling on the last at this point so just stepped off. It was enough.

Rock Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

Felt increasingly better throughout the day so thought another climb would do me good and get me out the flat. There were a fair few new routes up which was good. Still stuck on 3 problems where I just can't squeeze myself into a small enough ball to get my foot on a hold.

Rock Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

Feeling somewhat normal during the day though its still in my throat.
Went climbing felt very weak in the main, struggled to make the arms or feet stick on quite a few I've done recently. Did manage a couple of new easy routes though on the overhangs whilst I was fresh
