Fell running long 2:15:40 [3] 22.1 km (6:08 / km) +550m 5:28 / km

Decided to go to the Wall with Mark and Cal

We parked at Housestead and ran to Great Chesters. I was struggling quite a lot on the way out and hanging off the back. Stopped at a point to eat and waited for them to come back past then took the contouring path and finished along the road. I was pooped, to much running to just jump back in with this weekend.

Wanted to get out for a run but took a while after having a little nap in the afternoon.
Stuck on a podcast and just got out and enjoyed it. Finished Sunniside and did Burnthouse Lane too.

Quayside tempo after another long week.

I felt very bang average and don't think I couldn't have gone much quicker if I'd wanted. Put last weeks parkrun in to perspective.

Don't feel I can expect much more at the moment after the last month and a half of steady illnesses, long hours at work and Dark Mountains fatigue

Easy around Whickham. Did a little more ESS. PLanned to do less but my calf felt better than expected so continued on a bit. Stomach was a bit unhappy.

Feeling tired.

Went out around the block with my mum with the intention of doing more afterwards though as soon as I opened my gait my calf felt funny and started hurting a bit more and more.
